LOCATION: CENTRAL OTAGO

A multi-purpose, multi-unit house and flat designed for fun, family and friends in the heart of Central Otago, in rugged alpine conditions.

Strict subdivision rules called for innovative design to maximise living space on a small footprint and complex fire design requirements between the main house and an adjoining flat added to the design challenge.

The result was a flexible home and additional dwelling to play games, relax, entertain and host family and friends. The inclusion of a lift will ensure easy living for the home’s owners well into the future
