A total transformation of the typical Wellington villa. Small, separated rooms were opened up and connected, and the kitchen and living areas were relocated from the dark south side of the home and flooded with light via large north-facing skylights.

A classic, minimalist white kitchen added to the sense of space while wide doors lead to a reimagined outdoor entertaining space, giving the home a light, breezy and much bigger feeling despite retaining the home’s original footprint.
