The existing Villa had sunken on its perimeter foundations and had a tired and leaking lean-to and garage. We picked it up, shifted it to the back of the site to drive new piles. Then we put it back, straightened it out, and built a modern, warm, bright extension on the rear of the house. The design respects and enhances the old part of the house, and blends into the new, creating a home that the owners love, giving them the best of both worlds.
