Karori Villa

The existing Villa was typical of many homes in Wellington, which were built to face the street, with no consideration of sun and natural light. It had a dark entranceway and separate living areas We opened the space up, used a simple material palette and added in large skylights on the northern roof plane to bring sun and light into the space. Creating a warm, bright, inviting family home, perfect for entertaining and family life.
